The family of an 18-year-old woman from Milton Keynes who died in a crash in Bedfordshire have paid tribute to her, saying she was “loved beyond words”.
Megan Durham died on the night of 13 September. Her Fiat 500 came off the road and hit a tree on Sheep Lane in Woburn, near the Flying Fox roundabout. The crash happened at about 11pm.
In an obituary notice shared by Bedfordshire Police, her family said Megan “will be deeply missed by all who knew her”. They are mourning privately and have asked for their privacy to be respected.
Police appeal for dashcam footage
Detectives are still investigating and want to hear from anyone who saw the crash or has dashcam footage from the area.
Detective Constable Lotty Lewis said vehicles that passed after the crash may have recorded something useful, “even if the driver and occupants did not notice the vehicle off the road”.
Anyone with information should contact Bedfordshire Police.
